The largest ever man-made bomb in history is made by Soviet Union, and it is called Tsar Bomba means King of Bombs 

The Tsar Bomba had a yield of the equivalent of 100 megatons of TNT and one megaton is equal to one millions tons.

Tsar Bomba was tested on Oct. 30, 1961 and the bomb yielded a blagst of between 50-57 megatons and produced a mushroom cloud that rose 40 miles into the sky. 

The Tsar Bomba detonation was so large that it caused damage as far as 600 miles away. 

The Tsar Bomba was equal to 3,300 of atomic bombs that landed on Hiroshima, which made Tsar Bomba the largest man-made explosion in human history.
